    Treatment:
Melanie Massey Physical Therapy offers a specialized avenue for treatment called EMG or Biofeedback. A small probe is inserted into the vagina (women) and/or rectum for (men and women) to get a reading of strength and quality of contraction in the pelvic floor muscles. We also use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular stimulation.

Each patient will receive education on diet, behavior trainging, and exercises. Patients are expected to perform these exercises in between treatment sessions to aid in progression.
